Ingredients

8 envelopes D’Gari® Unflavored Gelatin.

2 bags D’Gari® Condensed Milk Jelly.

7 cups Sidral Mundet® Apple flavor Soda.

5 cups skim milk.

1 mold (approximately 25 x 6 cm).
For the apples in syrup
-
2 apples.
-
4 cups water.
-
1 cup (200 g) sugar.

Directions
For the apples in syrup:
- Heat water with sugar to a boil, add peeled and sliced apples, boil for 20 minutes over medium heat stirring frequently. Drain and let cool. (set aside)
For the gelatin:
- In a bowl place 7 cups of Sidral Mundet® Apple flavor Soda add the 8 envelopes of D’Gari® Unflavored Gelatin.
- Stir well to dissolve the gelatin. Let stand for 5 minutes.
- Place the bowl over a double boiler and stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved. If using microwave, heat for 15 second intervals stirring between intervals until dissolved. Let cool and set aside.
- For the first layer, pour part of gelatin prepared with soda in a mold, place the mold in the freezer for 15 minutes or until partially set.
- On top of the first layer of gelatin, place apple slices in syrup and part of the gelatin, place again in the freezer for 15 minutes or until semi-firm.
- Pour the rest of soda gelatin into the mold, freeze until firm.
- Prepare D’Gari® Condensed Milk flavor Gelatin in 2 ½ cups of milk. Let cool a little and pour over the soda gelatin.
- Refrigerate until firm. Unmold and enjoy.
