Ingredients
  • 6 envelopes D’Gari® Unflavored Gelatin.

  • 5 cups Sangría Señorial® Soda.

  • 100 g chopped walnuts.

  • 3 tbsp. sugar.

For the apples in syrup:
  • 2 apples.
  • 4 cups water.
  • 1 cup (200 g) sugar.
Directions

For the apples in syrup:

  • Bring water with sugar to a boil, add peeled and chopped apples, boil for 20 minutes over medium heat stirring frequently. Drain and let cool. Set aside.

For the gelatin:

  • Pour 5 cups Sangría Señorial® Soda add 6 envelopes of D’Gari® Unflavored Gelatin. in a bowl.
  • Shake to dissolve the gelatin. Let set for 5 minutes.
  • Place in double boiler and stir until gelatin dissolves. If using microwave, heat for 15 second intervals stirring between intervals until dissolved. Let cool and set aside.
  • Cut the apples in syrup into small cubes and place in glasses or cups add chopped walnut.
  • Pour the soda preparation into glasses.
  • Refrigerate until firm and enjoy.
