Ingredients
  • 10 envelopes D’Gari® Unflavored Gelatin.

  • 1 bag D’Gari® Condensed Milk flavour Gelatin.

  • 6 cups Sidral Mundet® Apple flavour Soda.

  • 2 ½ cups Soda Sangría Señorial® flavour.

  • 2 ½ cups skim milk.

  • 1 mold (approximately 25 x 8 cm)

  • 2 molds (approximately 25 cm x 6 cm).

Directions
  • Pour Sangría Señorial® Soda and 3 envelopes of D’Gari® Unflavored Gelatin in a container.

  • In another container place Sidral Mundet® Apple flavor Soda and the remaining 7 envelopes of D’Gari® Unflavored Gelatin.

  • Shake well each container until gelatin dissolves. Let set for 5 minutes.

  • Place each container in a double boiler and stir until the gelatin is dissolved.

  • If using microwave, heat for 15 second intervals and stir in between each interval until dissolved. Let cool and set aside each preparation.

  • Prepare D’Gari® Condensed Milk flavor Gelatin in 2 ½ cups of milk. Let cool and set aside.

  • Pour each preparation into a mold (25 cm x 6 cm). Refrigerate until completely firm.

  • Remove the condensed milk and sangria flavored gelatins from the molds and cut in cubes.

  • Distribute the cubes in the 25 x 9 cm mold and evenly pour the Sidral

  • Mundet gelatin.

  • Refrigerate until firm. Unmold and enjoy.
