Sweet and sour gummy bears

Enjoy preparing these sweet-and-sour gummy bears with the little ones at home. They will delight everyone in the family!

Ingredients
  • 8 packets of D’Gari® Gelatin
  • 1 packet of D’Gari® Lime Flavored Gelatin
  • 1 packet of D’Gari® Orange Flavored Gelatin
  • 1 packet of D’Gari® Strawberry Flavored Gelatin
  • 1 packet of D’Gari® Pineapple Flavored Gelatin
  • 8 1/2 cups of water
  • 2 cups of lemon juice
  • 4 cups of sugar

For decoration:

  • Sugar as needed

Prepare the D’Gari Orange Flavored Gelatin according to the package instructions.

Pour into the cups until they are half full and refrigerate until set.

Prepare the D’Gari Condensed Milk Flavored Gelatin according to the package instructions. Let the gelatin cool to room temperature without setting.

Pour the D’Gari Condensed Milk Flavored Gelatin into the cups and refrigerate until fully set.

To decorate, blend or process the chocolate cookies until you have a semi-fine powder. Add the cookie powder as a topping to your gelatins, decorate with gummy worms as desired, and enjoy!

Tips from D’Gari

If you don’t have gummy bear molds, pour the mixtures into flat molds and use small bear-shaped cookie cutters.
