Three-layer Sangria Señorial™ and Sidral Mundet® Gelatin

Ingredients
  • 8 envelopes D’Gari® Unflavored Gelatin.

  • 1 bag D’Gari® Condensed Milk flavor Gelatin.

  • 3 ½ cups Sidral Mundet® Apple flavor Soda.

  • 3 ½ cups Sangría Señorial® Soda.

  • 2 ½ cups skim milk.

  • 1 mold (approximately 20 x 8 cm).

Directions
  • Pour Sangría Señorial® Soda and 4 envelopes D’Gari® Unflavored
  • Gelatin in a bowl.
  • In another container pour Sidral Mundet® Apple flavour soda and the
  • Remaining 4 envelopes of D’Gari® Unflavored Gelatin.
  • Shake well each container until gelatin dissolves. Let set for 5 minutes.
  • Place each container in a double boiler and stir until the gelatin is dissolved.
  • If using microwave, heat for 15 second intervals and stir in between each
  • interval until dissolved. Let cool and set each preparation aside.
  • Prepare D’Gari® Condensed Milk flavor Gelatin in 2 ½ cups of milk. Let
  • Cool and set aside.
  • For the first layer, pour the apple-flavored Sidral Mundet soft drink
  • Preparation into the mold, freeze for 15 minutes or until semi-firm.
  • Add two cups of condensed milk flavored gelatin as the second layer,
  • Freeze for 15 minutes or until semi-firm.
  • Pour the Sangría Señorial soft drink preparation as the third layer,
  • Refrigerate until firm.
  • Unmold and enjoy.
