A burst of rich chocolate flavor arrives to brighten your day. Enjoy something fun and delicious with this recipe for cappuccino volcano with chocolate pudding.
Ingredients
For the chocolate pudding sauce:
- 1 bag of D’Gari® Chocolate Flavored Pudding
- 3 cups of milk
For the cappuccino volcano:
- 1 ½ teaspoon of REXAL® Baking Powder
- 2 ½ tablespoons of instant coffee
- ¼ cup of milk
- ¾ cup of sugar
- ½ cup of butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/3 cups of flour
- ¼ teaspoon of salt
For decoration:
- 12 pieces of red cherries
- 12 fresh mint leaves

Mix the coffee with the milk until it is homogeneous. Set aside.

Cream the sugar with the butter in a mixer, add the eggs one by one, and keep at high speed until integrated.

Add the flour, REXAL Baking Powder, and salt. Incorporate along with the coffee and milk at low speed, and set the mixture aside.

Fill your volcano molds three-quarters of the way full. Bake at 338 °F for 20 minutes. Remove from the mold and let it cool to room temperature.

Once cooled, remove the filling by making a hole with a knife in the bottom of the volcano. Remove the center of the bread part without discarding the base.

Mix the D’Gari Chocolate Flavored Pudding with the milk until it reaches a smooth consistency.

Pour the mixture into a pastry bag. Fill each volcano with the mixture and place the base as a cap.

Place the volcano in the microwave for 25 seconds. Serve and drizzle with more D’Gari Chocolate Flavored Pudding. Enjoy!

To add a sweeter touch, you can add a teaspoon of D’Gari Liquid Vanilla to the mixture.
