This transparent lemon pie is much simpler to prepare than it looks. Surprise everyone with this creative recipe!
Ingredients
- 4 packets of D’Gari®Gelatin
- 5 cups of lemon soda
- 1 cup of cold water
- 1 teaspoon of lemon extract
- 1 teaspoon of clear vanilla extract
- 1 pie crust
- Lemon slices, as desired
For garnish:
- Whipped cream, as desired
- Mint leaves, as desired
Directions

Soak the D’GariGelatinpackets in cold water for 10 minutes.

Heat the lemon soda over high heat until boiling. Stir constantly to remove as much gas as possible.

Add the soaked D’GariGelatinto the soda and mix until completely dissolved.

Remove from heat and add the lemon extract and clear vanilla extract. Mix well.

Allow the mixture to cool without setting, until it reaches room temperature.

Add the previous mixture to the pie crust and decorate with lemon slices. Refrigerate until set.

For decoration, add a dollop of whipped cream with mint leaves. Enjoy!
Tips from D’Gari
You can find pie crusts at the supermarket. Check if the one you bought needs to be pre-baked, so make sure to let the crust cool before adding the lemon soda mixture.
