Ingredients
- 2 bags of D’Gari® Grape Flavored Gelatin
- 2 packets of D’Gari®Gelatin
- 4 cups of water
- 1/4 cup of water
- 3 cups of cold milk
For garnish:
- Purple grapes, as needed
Procedimiento

Boil 3 cups of water, empty one bag of D’Gari Grape Flavored Gelatin and mix until completely dissolved.

Pour into a square mold, refrigerate for about 2 hours or until completely set. Unmold and cut into small squares, set aside.

Boil another cup of water and dissolve the second bag of D’Gari Grape Flavored Gelatin, let it cool to room temperature. Set aside.

Hydrate the D’GariGelatinin 1/4 cup of water for 5 minutes, then dissolve it in the microwave for 15 seconds.

Add the milk and the dissolved D’GariGelatinin a thin stream, mix to incorporate well.

Grease a ring-shaped mold, arrange the D’Gari Grape Flavored Gelatin squares, and pour the previous mixture. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until fully set.

Unmold, serve, and decorate with purple grapes.

For a firm and smooth gelatin, make sure to follow the gelatin hydration instructions precisely. Refrigerate the gelatin without moving the mold for at least 4 hours for the desired consistency
