  • 4 Envelopes of D’Gari Gelatin
  • 1 Cup of cold water
  • 1 ½ Cups of condensed milk
  • 1 ½ Cups of evaporated milk
  • ½ Cup of sour cream
  • 2 Cups of milk
  • ½ Cup of cream cheese
  • 1 Teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 Tablespoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 Teaspoon powdered ginger
  • 1 1/2 Cups of grated carrots
  • 1/2 Cup of chopped walnuts

To decorate:

  • Chopped walnut to taste

Grease a 2-liter gelatin mold. Set aside.

Dissolve the D’Gari Gelatin in the cold water, mix and let it rest for 10 minutes. Melt in a microwave for 5 seconds or in a bain-marie and set aside.

Blend the condensed milk with evaporated milk, cream, cream cheese, cinnamon, walnut and ginger. While blending, add the melted D’Gari Gelatin threadlike.

Place the carrot and walnut in the mold, pour the previous mixture and move it with a spoon to spread throughout the mold. Refrigerate until set.

Unmold and decorate your jelly with as much walnut as you want.

Tips from D’Gari
