Coconut flan with caramel

  • 2 boxes of D’Gari® Vanilla Flavored Flan
  • 8 cups of milk

For decoration:

  • Grated coconut
  • Halved strawberries
  • Raspberries
D’Gari® Vanilla Flavored Flan


Use a ring mold of approximately 20 centimeters in diameter. Grease and set aside..


Prepare the D’Gari Vanilla Flavored Flan with Caramel following the instructions on the package.


Pour the caramel included in the flan box into the mold, then pour the flan mixture. Refrigerate until fully set.


Unmold and decorate with grated coconut, strawberries, and raspberries.

Tips from D’Gari

Try to slowly separate the flan from the mold to prevent it from breaking. If it fits better, you can unmold it from a silicone mold.
